Administration Support Officer
Our Client, The Institute of Training and Further Education (iTFE) is a national Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6372) operating across Australia providing short courses, online, certificate and diploma courses, along with customised training packages to corporate customers to about 25,000 students per annum. iTFE is looking for their next Admin Support Superstar!
The Opportunity:
Bring your spark and passion to our collaborative team! We are currently looking for a Client Services Administration Officer to join our team at iTFE in our Northcote office. This role will require a dynamic and adaptable administrative officer to engage in our fast-paced and ever evolving environment. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and providing an elevated level of administrative support to our students, trainers, and employers alike.

Your duties will include:
Accurate data entry of student enrolments, updating of file notes, assessment recordings, file audit checks, competency resulting in the student management system and certificate issuance as well as the collection and presentation to management of student and employer progress
Providing important level and efficient administrative support to students, trainers, employers, and other internal stakeholders
Taking a proactive approach to all tasks to prevent the occurrence of non-compliance relating to the product, process, and quality system
Communicating with clients to ensure contractual compliance
Delivering superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Using RTO data systems, processes, and reporting
What you will bring to iTFE:
Resilience, adaptability, and initiative
RTO experience
Intermediate to high level administrative skills and experience
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent customer service both verbal and written
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work within set work schedules
Team focus with positive interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the RTO industry (essential)
Knowledge of Government Education Funding (Highly regarded)
Knowledge of VETtrak (highly regarded)
